Shipping prices reflect the actual costs we are experiencing in shipping our handmade ceramics to your door.  We do not charge a mark up on postage.  

RURAL AND REMOTE LOCATIONS : Due to the distances involved, where postage rates to a rural or remote area exceed our standard advertised postage rates, we will contact customers to advise the amended postage rate. If the customer does not wish to proceed at the revised postage rate we will refund their purchase.

Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend your order as our dispatch process has already commenced. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

At Sea Salt Designs By Sara we take as much care in packaging our products as we do in hand crafting them. Despite our best efforts in keeping your order safe during transit, we cannot control the handling of the parcels and understand that sometimes breakages happen. If this does happen, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order.

This is a Sea Salt Designs by Sara Original.  Handcrafted by Sara Edwards in her Northern NSW Studio, using Australian Raw materials.  All designs are produced by hand, either on the wheel, or hand formed. Glazes are applied by hand and experimented with to give just the right effect. Each piece goes through several rounds of kiln firing to ensure longevity.  

Every item that comes out of the Sea Salt Designs by Sara studio is unique.  Products will be slightly different in size, colour and texture and all of these are the hallmarks of beautifully crafted, handmade ceramics.

Use your Sea Salt Designs by Sara original in everyday life, beautiful treasures should be enjoyed, however, even though the pieces are dishwasher safe, handwashing will ensure longevity.
